- If the copy you own is the Complete Edition I've read you can just go ahead and register the CD key for that onto Steam to get a free Steam copy so you might want to try that out. Otherwise, BossDweeb's suggestion may work. You won't need a no-CD fix though, as apparently the retail version, once patched, has no disc check.
